I cap my client roster at 10 active firms. Once we're full, new firms go on a waitlist until a spot opens. The cap is the whole point — it's how I can stay senior on every account and never get spread thin.
I do not outsource any of the main services. If/when the client needs assistance with an item outside my skill set, I outsource those items to trusted friends.
Never. Engagements are geographically and practice-area exclusive. When you sign on, I don't take on a competitor in your market or practice area. Unless you want me to for some odd reason.

Paid media (Google Ads / LSA) is meant to drive qualified leads within 1–4 weeks of launch. Most clients reach profitability inside 30–90 days.
